At Mankaïa, you have 365 days to change your mind!
You have at your disposala 14 days delay after receipt of your order to return your products for an exchange, refund or credit note (the postmark is proof, you know the drill...).
More than 15 days, you have 365 days to return your items for an exchange or a credit note valid for 1 year.
If you opt for a refund, at Mankaya you will be reimbursed within 7 working days!
Procedure in case of return
1 - Prepare your return package with the items to be returned in their original condition with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. Failing this, the package will be returned to you immediately.
2 - Take advantage of your return to join your old blouses to your parcel (even those of our competitors). We have set up a medical clothing recycling service to give a second life to your used gowns. Used gowns are sent to health care workers in developing countries and items that are too damaged are recycled into fuel.
3 - Attach a copy of your invoice or purchase order to your items.
4 - Inside your parcel, download and print this return form completed by you.
5 - Send your parcel by colissimo to the following address:

We advise you to make all your returns by Colissimo and to keep the tracking number otherwise, we cannot guarantee the proper receipt of your return package. The return costs are at your expense. The return costs are ours.
Did you know that? You can send your return package without moving!
Put the postage on your parcel, fill in the dedicated form on laposte.fr/retourbal and drop your package in your mailbox before 8:00 in the morning. The postman will pick it up and deliver a notice of pickup in the mailbox.
6 - Allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will review and process your request to ensure that the requested products are available. If you do not hear from us within 10 days, please check with the post office for the status of your package. Don't lose your parcel number...
Any refund will either be automatically credited to the credit card used to pay for the original purchase or sent by cheque to your address if you paid by this method of payment.
ATTENTION : Returns of damaged, worn, unlabelled, ball-shaped, crumpled, unfolded items will not be accepted. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the refusal of your return request.
